Terms & Subscription (B2B)

Last updated: 2026-01-09

1. Scope

These Terms govern the subscription to the CataKeep Pro plan (the “Service”), intended for business use (B2B). By subscribing, you confirm you are acting as a professional (company, agency, or self-employed).

2. Service description

CataKeep is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin that helps maintain product catalogs by scanning items and, in Pro mode, deleting selected items (moving them to Trash) based on configured rules and scan previews.

3. Account / License key

After payment, you receive a license key used to activate Pro features inside the plugin. You are responsible for keeping the license key confidential and not sharing it outside your organization.

4. Subscription, billing and renewal

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Prices and billing frequency are displayed on the Stripe checkout page at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription through Stripe’s customer portal (if provided) or by contacting support at support@catakeep.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to Pro features remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified by Stripe.

6. Refund policy

Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once paid. If you believe a charge is erroneous, contact support.

7. Use and responsibility

You are responsible for using the plugin safely. We strongly recommend taking regular backups of your WordPress database/files. CataKeep moves items to Trash and provides an Undo feature, but you remain responsible for your catalog data and operations.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages (including hosting or Stripe) may impact availability.

9. Support

Support is provided by email at support@catakeep.com. Response times are best-effort.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CataKeep shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amounts paid for the Service over the last billing period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts.
